If you’re looking to buy a house then natwest are offering their lowest rate 2 year tracker mortgage for new mortgages with the natwest.com/low special offer.

This mortgage deal is currently 2.19% and tracks at 1.69% above the Natwest Bank Base Rate until the 30th November 2013 after which it reverts to 4.0%. If you want to compare mortage rates with other offers from Natwest or other mortgage companies than the overall cost for comparison is 4.0% APR.

The natwest.com/low deal allows you to borrow up to 50% loan to value and comes with a £999 product fee. If a better deal comes along and you decide to loeave the natwest.com/low mortagge offer you will have to pay an early repayment charge until 30th November 2013.

If you cannot pay the 50% deposit required for the natwest.com/low mortgage then Natwest also offer 2 year tracker mortgages with higher loan to value  but you will end up paying a higher interest rate. The 10% minimum deposit 2 year tracker has a 4.09% addition to the Natwest Bank Base Rate (4.3% APR) with a range of deposits and interest rates in between.
