Open a Guaranteed Saver Reward account with the Halifax and get 2.00% AER variable for 12 months with the halifax.co.uk/HGSReward special offer. You can open the account with as little as £1 and you can take your money out and put money in whenever you like without penalty.

After the 12 months are up, you’ll move to the standard Halifax Guaranteed Saver account, which has different T&Cs and a variable interest rate, which is currently 0.5% AER.
