To try to get in touch with my bank account is worse than drawing teeth. I am all for security but sainsburysfinance.co.uk is ridiculous. I have had my name for 76 years so know it fairly well but this account wikll not recognise it. This system requires overhauling to help investors to access their accounts more easily

from Adrian . January 19th.. Oh dear what a lot of trouble I have had with this one but to be fair it has not been Sainsbury’s fault and I take back what I have said above. The fault was using a different search engine to google. My advice is when accessing the account to use Google.
