Dear sir,
I already have sky tv but tiscali broadband bit would like full package sky tv, broadband and phone but also sky + box how much will it all cost and how do we get this installed.

Try to upgrade online and you’ll probably end up paying for a Sky+ box as the offer is for new customers, so your best bet is to give them a call and explain what you want, with a free Sky+ box as you’re such a good customer who wants the entire Sky bundle. If they say no, then ask to be put through to the cancellations department and they’ll try to keep you sweet with some upgrades and or a Sky+ box. A Sky engineer will do the install as they need to run some new cable for the 2 channel features of Sky+
