Having had 12 weeks gift vouchers from the NHS I am delighted to say that during that time I lost 21 pounds.
As a member of Weight Watchers the discipline of weekly weighing helped me to achieve that loss. Unfortunately, I am only half way to my goal and the second half of my weight watching will be considerably harder and much more difficult.

Lost 5lbs in first week! Cannot believe how easy it is compared to other diets. Never tried it before but convinced this is the diet for me. 3 stones to lose for a Christmas wedding so plan to be on weight watchers all Summer.

joined weight watchers on Monday was suprised how many people were queing up to join, thats got to say something.
Never been a member of weightwatchers so I hope Im counting my points right and hope I’ve lost something when I get weighed on Monday.

For years I have tried every kind of weight loss program invented. I have considered gastric bypass, but decided to give Weigt Wathchers a chance. I have been on the program for only three days and feel such a good healthy feeling. My spirites are uplifted and I am even sleeping much better. Thank you for being here and I feel with the support of WW friends and staff I will succeed.
