WHAT DO I NEED TO GET BT VISION?

You must have BT Total Broadband to get BT Vision. You also need two standard electricity sockets, which will be used to power the BT Home Hub and the BT Vision Set Top Box (V-box™). These must be located near to the TV set that you’ll be using to view BT Vision. If you only have one you’ll need to buy an extension cable.

BT Vision connects to your TV using SCART (supplied). You’ll also need an aerial to connect to your V-box™ so you can receive Freeview and benefit from the Personal Video Recorder (PVR) functionality.

To get the Freeview channels, you’ll also need to be in a Freeview reception area, which you can check at www.freeview.co.uk. Even if you can’t get Freeview, you’ll be able to use Vision’s On Demand and interactive services, while getting regular TV channels through your aerial. However, you won’t be able to use our Personal Video Recorder (PVR) functions like pausing live TV and recording up to 80 hours of programmes.
