I joined the AA on the 3rd May 2008 and was promised a Marks and Spencer £20 Voucher . I never received it. I emailed their Customer Services who appologised and said I would have to wait another 6 weeks for the voucher. In their advert they say you have to wait only twenty eight days to receive the Voucher . Wonder if anyone else has had this problem.
Touching wood my car has not broken down . Will it also take six weeks for the AA to arrive to carry out the repair. Because the RAC promise to call out under a hour.
Will we ever get the AA/Marks and Spencer Voucher. Watch this Space !

After eight weeks the AA/ Marks and Spencer voucher finally turned up this morning, good job we wernt waiting for the voucher for food . As we would have starved to death.
