Re this offer. I took the offer up with NatWest in Amersham, Bucks in October at the 7.32%,having seen the ads., putting in over the amount needed for this percentage. I went in to get a statement on Wednesday last and they are now paying me 1% and denying this offer.
I am disgusted with their attitude and intend over the weekend to contact Diana Wright of the Sunday Times and next week the Ombudsmen. Amersham Branch sold me this product and now deny the terms. Unless they put this right I will make this known nationally.
