As a disabled custumers of yours, I find the wine you deliver, whilst also being great tasting, such an easy way to purchse wine. If you buy a 6 bottle or a 12 bottle case, the wine often turns out to be a cost effective way to buy wine. With the total cost of the wine, often being a lot cheaper thn even the wine you can buy in the supermarket. But, as I was saying, as an individul who is unable to go out to the shops and buy the wine, it is so much easier and often cheaper to buy the wine off Waitrose, using the excellent home delivery service you provide.
