Good news for savers with the fixed rate 3.65% aer  (updated 6th July 2011) savings bond from Yorkshire Building Society. At this rate, its going to be well subscribed and will be limited to a fixed amount before the bond is closed to new applicants to its best to get in early.

Investments between £1,000 and £2million are allowed and you can take your interest monthly or annually. This is a limited offer, so invest now before they cloes the bond to new investors.

You can not take money out of the www.ybs.co.uk/bond account, so only invest what you can do without for a couple of years. As with a financial products its best to actual read the terms and conditions rather than just ticking the box to say you have!
